I never thought I could overcome my relational shadows..

Until I fully committed to rewiring my relationship to relationships..

I spent so much of my life hoping the right partner would fix everything—until I realized the real work was within me.

I was stuck in a cycle of unhealthy dynamics and coping with cannabis addiction. I felt lost, ashamed, and overwhelmed, wondering why love felt so hard to get right. That’s when it hit me: the common denominator in every relationship I struggled with was… me.

The real work was within me and so were the answers I sought to healthy, lasting love.

Through years of coaching, therapy, men's retreats and deep self-reflection, I identified the hidden patterns and beliefs that were quietly sabotaging my relationships. Beneath the surface, I found unprocessed pain, limiting stories, and habits that no longer served me. With patience and compassion, I learned to navigate these layers, rewiring how I showed up in love—and in life.

What I discovered changed everything: healing doesn’t come from the perfect partner or external validation. It comes from building a stronger, more honest connection with myself. From learning to meet my own needs with love and accountability, and showing up with clarity and courage in my relationships.

Now, as a relationship coach, I’m here to help others take that journey. I’m more than just a Relationship and Breakup Coach—I’m a holistic practitioner with a passion for helping people transform their inner and outer worlds. My background in yoga, mindfulness, health, fitness, and psychology shapes everything I do, weaving together mind-body practices with practical relationship tools.

This path didn’t start with a textbook—it started with my own life. My struggles with relationships, self-worth, anxious-avoidant attachment and ultimately healing became the catalyst for the work I do today. Through my own life experience, I discovered just how profound the connection is between emotional patterns, physical well-being, and the stories we tell ourselves about love.
